Youth Soccer
This session, we are working in conjunction with the Hartford Athletic, a professional team within the USL. These fun and interactive clinics will be coached by certified coaches within the organization.
These clinic are a great introduction and continuation of skills to the game of Soccer! Focus is on basic skill development and competitive game experience. Fair play, sportsmanship and FUN are emphasized. Dribbling, passing, shooting, team play and other basic game concepts and rules are highlighted.
In addition to signing up you will receive:
- A YMCA T-shirt will also be given to each player.
- All families that sign up get discounted tickets for HA’s home opener in March and can get post match photos on the field!
Parent & Me (Ages 2-3) - Fall 1 2026

A parent/guardian must join us for the FUN on the field with your young athlete. Focus of this class is on teamwork, basic skill development and FUN!

Scrimmages and Games provide players with an opportunity to apply their skills in a fun, game-like setting and fun games.
Scrimmages are informal matches that allow players to practice teamwork, positioning, and game strategies in a low-pressure environment.
Full games follow standard rules and encourage competition, sportsmanship, and skill development. These activities help players improve decision-making, communication, and overall game awareness while reinforcing fundamental skills such as passing, dribbling, and shooting.
