The YMCA Sports Performance Center is a state-of-the-art facility that is geared towards helping anyone reach their potential. If you are someone or know someone that is looking to learn about their own body, increase their performance, and wants some help figuring it out. You are the right person for the SPC! Our clients like to learn, explore the current best practice training models, and invest in long-term health outcomes rather than quick fixes. Whether you are a high-level athlete looking to reach the next level or someone looking to feel better doing day-to-day tasks, you have come to the right place.
1-On-1 Coaching - 2x Per Week
1-on-1 coaching with expert trainers. Trainees start with a movement, nutrition, wellness, and habits assessment. This information is used to form a program with ongoing exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle training to help the client reach their desired outcomes. Training sessions last 45 minutes.

Adult Group Conditioning
Adult group conditioning training. Using Heart Rate monitors to tailor workouts to the individual and create a fun challenging environment.
Upon start of the training, you will get a M7 Heart rate monitor and instructions on how to use the device when training and at home.
The program will run for 3 months beginning the first training session.
Adult Semi-Private Training 2x Per Week

Assessment
Get started on the right path to success. Our Assessment process will uncover some of the biggest limiting factors that are impeding your progress. We start with your goals and why they are important to you. A comprehensive injury history. How your sleep and nutrition might be impacting your results. Then tie it all together with a precise movement assessment that can lead to performance testing if warranted or exercise interventions. You will leave with a completely new understanding of how your body works and insight into habits that could be helping or hindering you.

SPC Athlete - EARLY Full Summer 25
The SPC’s mission is to help athletes and teams local to the Southington area thrive. We do this through our athlete program that is geared toward meeting athletes where they are at and helping them take the next step in getting better for their sport or health.
We work with ages 11yr-25yr. Each athlete will get their own program which will be tailored to how the athlete adapts to each phase of training.
Schedule:
This covers the last 4 weeks of spring (5/26-6/20) at a 2x/week rate with those 8 sessions being 45 mins long & abiding by our spring hours or 3, 4, 5, 6pm start times.
Then, Summer Session hours start Mon 6/23-Fri Aug 22
Summer training sessions are 1hr long
Morning sessions will be
- Mon-Fri 9:30am-10:30am &
- Mon-Fri 11am-12pm
Afternoon sessions will be
- Mon-Thu 3-4pm
- Mon-Thu 4:15-5:15pm
- Mon-Thu 5:30-6:30pm

Any makeups must be made up within a 1 week period of the session ending for full session registrations.
This early registration option covers the full summer at 3x/week (24 sessions) plus the additional 8 from the last 4 weeks of spring for a combined total of 32 sessions (8×45 mins, 24×60 mins).

These programs are only for members of the listed teams in the title of the registration.

6 Week registrations have the full summer to get their sessions in. Just make Coach Dylan aware of weeks you will miss because of vacation. 6 weeks for 2x/week is 12 sessions.
