The YMCA Sports Performance Center is a state-of-the-art facility that is geared towards helping anyone reach their potential. If you are someone or know someone that is looking to learn about their own body, increase their performance, and wants some help figuring it out. You are the right person for the SPC! Our clients like to learn, explore the current best practice training models, and invest in long-term health outcomes rather than quick fixes. Adult Group Conditioning

Adult group conditioning training. Using Heart Rate monitors to tailor workouts to the individual and create a fun challenging environment.

Upon start of the training, you will get a M7 Heart rate monitor and instructions on how to use the device when training and at home.

The program will run for 3 months beginning the first training session.

Get started on the right path to success. Our Assessment process will uncover some of the biggest limiting factors that are impeding your progress. We start with your goals and why they are important to you. A comprehensive injury history. How your sleep and nutrition might be impacting your results. Then tie it all together with a precise movement assessment that can lead to performance testing if warranted or exercise interventions. You will leave with a completely new understanding of how your body works and insight into habits that could be helping or hindering you.

We work with ages 11yr-25yr. Each athlete will get their own program which will be tailored to their needs and how the athlete adapts to each phase of training.

Schedule:

Training sessions are 45 mins Monday – Friday with start times of 3pm, 4pm, 5pm and 6pm.

The Spring 25 Session runs from Monday March 31st-Friday June 20th

2 sessions/week for 3 months (12weeks) = 24 sessions

1 session/week for 3 months (12weeks) = 12 sessions

Unlimited (4-5x/week) sessions for 3 months  (12weeks)=up to 60 sessions

We ask that any makeups to be made up within a 1 week period of the session ending
