The YMCA Sports Performance Center is a state-of-the-art facility that is geared towards helping anyone reach their potential. Adult Group Conditioning
Adult group conditioning training. Using Heart Rate monitors to tailor workouts to the individual and create a fun challenging environment.
Upon start of the training, you will get a M7 Heart rate monitor and instructions on how to use the device when training and at home.
The program will run for 3 months beginning the first training session.

Assessment
Get started on the right path to success. Our Assessment process will uncover some of the biggest limiting factors that are impeding your progress. We start with your goals and why they are important to you. A comprehensive injury history. How your sleep and nutrition might be impacting your results. Then tie it all together with a precise movement assessment that can lead to performance testing if warranted or exercise interventions. You will leave with a completely new understanding of how your body works and insight into habits that could be helping or hindering you.

SPC Athlete - Full Spring 26
The SPC’s mission is to help athletes and teams local to the Southington area thrive. We do this through our athlete program that is geared toward meeting athletes where they are at and helping them take the next step in getting better for their sport or health.
We work with ages 11yr-25yr. Each athlete will get their own program which will be tailored to their needs and how the athlete adapts to each phase of training.
Schedule:
Training sessions are 60 mins Monday – Friday with start times of 3pm, 4:15pm, 5:30pm.
The Spring 26 Session runs from Monday March 30th to Friday June 19th.
2 sessions/week for 3 months (12 weeks) = 24 sessions
3 sessions/week for 3 months (12 weeks) = 36 sessions
Unlimited (4-5x/week) sessions for 3 months (12 weeks)=up to 60 sessions
Any makeups must be made up within a 1 week period of the session ending
