Fitness FUNdamentals
Southington YMCA

VIEW
This 6-week program introduces participants ages 11-13 to multiple domains of fitness in order to find what fitness looks like for them as an individual. We will include topics such as cardiorespiratory and muscular endurance, balance, flexibility, and more in ways that make fitness fun! Participants will be training with YMCA Strength & Conditioning and Group Fitness Instructors.
